Notes :

- Speakers should ensure that their papers not exceed 20 minutes.

- - Moderators will be directed to keep the speakers to no more than 20 minutes so as to allow ample time for discussion.

- The Program Committee strongly advises that the moderator introduce each speaker before their respective presentation.

- The Question and Answer session with the audience should be kept for the end of the session.

Book Display and Promotional Materials at the MGSA Symposium

As a courtesy to our members, the MGSA will arrange to set up a display of recent book publications and relevant materials from our members. A small exhibit room will be set up and located right next to the lecture halls featuring the academic panels. Any MGSA member may arrange for their publisher to send one display copy of a book or academic journal; discount flyers for a monograph; or other relevant promotional material at no cost. Please note, though, that the MGSA and our host institution, the Seeger Center for Hellenic Studies at Princeton, will not return materials at the end of the symposium; nor are they responsible for theft or damage.

Please send these materials on to our colleague below:

Nikos Panou
Scheide Caldwell House, Room 107
Princeton University
Princeton, NJ 08544

We will include them in the display exhibit.
