I hereby confirm my participation as a presenter in the 2024 Symposium. I understand that, in order for my presentation to be included in the Symposium Program, I need to be an MGSA member and also need to pre-register for the Symposium by the June 1, 2024 deadline. By the stated deadline, I will also inform the MGSA via email of my audiovisual needs, only if these exceed the standard computer and screen projection equipment.
I understand that, if my membership dues and pre-registration fees have not been received by the June 1 deadline, the Program Committee cannot add my name and presentation to the MGSA Symposium program. Also, refunds cannot be issued in case of cancellation after the pre-registration deadline. Presenters are expected to cover their own expenses.
If you are a graduate student presenter or a recent (unemployed) PhD, or adjunct faculty, or a junior or international faculty member with minimal or no access to funds, please follow this link to learn more about financial support granted by the MGSA to graduate students or recent PhDs delivering papers in person at our symposia.

Note: standard equipment provided includes projector, screen, internet access, USB-C, HDMI or VGA cable, sound, podium with microphone, and panelists’ table with at least one microphone.
